Ngurra Solutions delivers remote services through three models: Village Operations, Oil & Gas Operations and Remote Meal Packs. Village Operations and Oil & Gas Operations can be engaged as management-only or turnkey, depending on whether the client already holds the accommodation and supporting infrastructure.

Across each service model, Ngurra looks for practical opportunities to employ locally, engage Indigenous workers and include capable local and Indigenous businesses in the supply chain.

Village Operations

For larger workforce villages requiring complete hospitality and accommodation support.

Ngurra operates the client’s existing camp, facilities and supporting infrastructure.

Turnkey

Ngurra coordinates the facilities, workforce, catering and supporting services required to establish and operate the camp.

Participation opportunities

Camp operations can create roles across catering, housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, administration and maintenance support. Ngurra prioritises suitable local and Indigenous candidates and suppliers when building the operating team.

Oil & Gas Operations

For drilling campaigns and geographically dispersed oil and gas crews.

For small crews, shutdowns and short-duration projects where deploying a full hospitality team is not practical.
